Best Beer I Have Found

ipa.jpgOriginally developed in the late 1700's, British breweries would send beer via sail to the troops and British expatriots in India.

The long trip had its own problems so brewers, they came up with a brew that was intensely hopped and rather high in alcohol --- thus the birth of the "India Pale Ale."

Stone Brewery in San Diego knows IPA. It's got the best finish and it holds up from the first beer to the last.

I've tried IPA after IPA and this still wins (AleSmith is one I need to try). Better than Fullers for sure. Good Stuff!

Great Food for Beer - White Hots

July 4th came this year with 15 packages of White Hots. We here in Denver appreciated it. Here is some more info.

Excerpt: When you do business with white-hots, inc., you're not dealing with a big corporation that doesn't care or know anything about real people. They are very real people, who come from real families just like us. And, like us, they know a good thing when they see it. In fact, the Zweigle's natural casing white hotdogs that they've designed their business around are more than a good thing. They're a best-kept local secret.
